orders & returns
If you would like to make adjustments to your order please reach out immediately to info@litenetics.com with the subject line “Change (Order #)”
Lite-Netics processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, so the window to make adjustments is limited and can depend on when the order was placed and our current order volume. Orders that have been processed cannot be adjusted. If you have received a shipping notification you may need to place a second order, or initiate a return.
We encourage you to take your time and double check your order before placing it to avoid complications.
If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, refuse the delivery if given the opportunity, and contact us immediately by sending an email to info@litenetics.com. Each and every strand and spool is inspected and tested and safely packed for shipping, but things can happen in transit.
Inspect all items upon arrival and in the event of damaged strands, spools or bulbs contact us for swift and simple replacement. Please do not dispose of the damaged item(s) until instructed to do so. Damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Always use caution when removing a product from packaging.
Lite-netics offers higher discounts for distributor and wholesaler customer and if you are interested to see if you qualify for such a discount, please email sales@litenetics.com or call us at 1-806-300-3800 and select option 1 for sales
While the vast majority of Lite-netics orders arrive safely at their destination, some packages do occasionally get lost in transit. We recommend watching your tracking closely and trying to be present when your order is delivered to avoid theft.
If your tracking does not show any updates beyond “Label Created”, or shows unusual behavior such as repeated scans at a single location, it is most likely a tracking error and your package is probably still be on its way. Please allow about a week before reaching out about tracking that hasn’t updated.
If your tracking says your missing package was delivered, we recommend taking the following actions: Check with your postal carrier or UPS driver; and check with your neighbors.

Yes, this has been tested, and professional installers have saved as much as 50% in labor time and cost from older more traditional methods used on installations.
No, the magnet is plated with a nickel protective coating that prevents any rusting.
Like any magnet, it will stick to any surface containing ferrous metals (iron or steel). Aluminum is not a ferrous metal.
Lite-Netics, LLC currently manufactures lengths in 25 ft, 100 ft, 250 ft and 500 ft spools.
These magnetic sockets will work with both incandescent and LED bulbs.
Using Our Products
It is recommended that you do not use this product on surfaces that reach above 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
Yes, the design of these strands still allows for use with all other traditional C9 light socket clips or tabs.
No, these magnetic strands eliminate the need for any glues, nails, staples, screws, adhesives and most importantly any additional accessories like parapet clips or tabs. However, with residential applications, because the quality of the metal differs from house to house, Lite-Netics does recommend using a clip every few feet to ensure maximum adhesion to the perimeter of the house.
Yes, Lite-Netics has tested these strands to be pulled off metal to do a ‘take down’ during an uninstall.
shipping questions
Lite-netics strives to ship orders within 24 hours M-F, though during our busiest times it may take up to 48 hours. We offer standard and expedited domestic shipping via UPS. All of these services vary in duration depending on your location, time of year and other factors.
The shipping method you select will show an approximate delivery time. These estimates do not include order processing and are determined by the carrier. Lite-Netics does not guarantee delivery dates, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will assist with any issues that arise during shipping.
The vast majority of domestic Lite-Netics orders arrive within a week, and international orders in a about 2 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking information so we encourage you to make sure your email address is accurate at the time of checkout.
Lite-netics orders are handed off to the carrier the same day you receive your shipping notification and tracking number. Occasionally carriers have issues with their scanning or tracking tools that cause a failure to show movement on the tracking page. If tracking for your order is stuck on “Label Created”, it is likely that your order is still on its way, but the carrier is unable to update the tracking.
The vast majority of orders that fail to show accurate tracking still arrive at their destination in a timely manner.
